SmartB Inventory Management Software Solution is an integrated solution for complete multi-store Inventory control for small business. It supports serialized/batch-number based stock control for products and spare parts, issue/receipt of items in multiple units of measurements and non-stock stores.

Inventory module is included in Total marketing and Total service modules by default. It is not required to purchase SmartB inventory software separately.

SmartB Inventory can be used in a variety of trading/manufacturing applications like textiles, computer hardware, electronic/mechanical equipment, automation products, audio/video equipment, weighing equipment, general hardware etc. SmartB Inventory management has enabled our clients/customers convert inventory from a cost center to a competitive differentiator.

SmartB Inventory is an easy to use networkable application that can support 20 users in write mode and upto 200 users in read mode simultaneously. Robust performance even at 1GB database size helps you to retain data for many years without pruning. All Windows platforms are supported. Installation and configuration of the software does not require any special skills. Help file is context sensitive, and inside any module you can press F1 to get help on that module. We support unlimited customization at lowest cost.

  • Product master supports products, spare parts, services and assemblies.
  • For each product/component, you can set batch-no/serial-no mandatory attribute. If set to yes, then stock will be maintained at batch/serial-no level.
  • Minimum stock, minimum order quantity, lead-time for procurement etc. are supported for each item for re-order management.
  • Weighted average costing (WAC) based inventory cost management. System maintains cost automatically.
  • Customer/Supplier database for issue/receipt management.
  • Powerful purchase order module.
  • Keep up to 3 years of inventory in the database without inventory closing. Default is one year.
  • Supports RMA.
  • Packing list entry for inventory issues.
  • Multi-location stock management for 5 normal stores and 5 non-stock stores.
  • Support for non-stock stores, to manage stock of products/spare-parts that do not contribute to actual stock.
  • Easily manage stock of demo/sample items, non-stock/to-be-returned items, damaged goods etc.
  • Employee log-in with powerful access control to define what each user can access or view. Employee roles can be defined.
  • A total of more than 30 reports with customization support. New reports can be added easily.
  • Scalable architecture with support for customization to any level.
  • All reports can be exported to Word/Excel.
  • Powerful contact management tool completely integrated with all modules. Contacts are directly connected to accounts.
