The SmartB SNMP card is a plug and play hardware SNMPv1 agent and web server for
Uninterruptible power supplies, based on Silabs 48 MIPS microcontroller. Additionally,
it also communicates with Windows/Linux Power Management Software from SmartB Technologies
to provide total power management solutions. SNMP card is interfaced to UPS through
RS232 cable and card connects to the external world through 10/100 Ethernet port.
Ethernet port supports full 10/100 speed with autonegotiation and full-duplex. Two
status LEDs show the link and activity status of the ethernet port. If the connected
port (switch, router or another PC) supports 100 MBPS, then the card will always
connect at 100 MBPS leading to ethernet access of UPS data at blistering speed.
